Description

At first, this painting may look alarming. It is a story of endurance. I thought of theses dancers doing Kathak, a type of narrative dance in front of an ancient holy site. There is some type of terrorist attack or explosion or something destructive gas explosion. The Kathak dancers have two options. They can either flee. Or, as they do, they put on their gas masks and continue to perform. In doing so, they release their inner elephants.
