Last updated: January 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchase of artwork, products, or services made through the Site.
By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Use of Site
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2. Artwork Sales & Nature of Fine Art
All artworks offered are original works, limited editions, or professionally produced fine-art pieces. Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of fine art:
-
Minor variations in color, texture, scale, finish, or surface are inherent
-
Digital images are representations only and may vary from the physical artwork
-
Such variations do not constitute defects
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
-
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
-
Limit quantities
-
Correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until production and fulfillment begin.
4. Pricing & Payment (Stripe)
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to full payment card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.
5. Production, Shipping & Risk of Loss
Artworks are produced and fulfilled in collaboration with a professional fine-art atelier and shipped via UPS, DHL, or comparable professional carriers.
-
Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed
-
Shipping fees are non-refundable
-
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery
6. International Orders (Non-EU-Friendly)
For international purchases:
-
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local assessments
-
Delays caused by customs or governmental authorities are outside our control
-
Failure to accept delivery or pay required fees does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund
We do not currently offer EU or UK consumer “cooling-off” rights. Purchasers expressly waive such rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Returns & Refunds (Incorporation by Reference)
All sales are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key provisions include:
-
Returns accepted within fourteen (14) business days from delivery, with prior written authorization
-
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and proper packaging
-
Refunds processed within 6–8 weeks after receipt and inspection
-
Custom, commissioned, and final-sale items are non-returnable
Failure to comply with the Returns Policy voids eligibility.
8. Shipping Damage Claims
Claims for shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation and retention of original packaging.
Failure to comply voids all claims.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and following the Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to submit order records, delivery confirmation, inspection reports, and these Terms to Stripe and card issuers in response to disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including artwork images, text, videos, logos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork
-
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
-
We are not responsible for delays or losses beyond our reasonable control
