Governing Law & Venue (California)

All purchases, disputes, or claims arising out of or relating to this website, its products, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Artwork Production & Fulfillment

All artworks are produced, packed, and fulfilled in collaboration with our professional fine-art atelier partner, Marco Fine Arts.

Artworks may involve hand-finishing, archival printing, mounting, framing, or other specialist processes. As a result, production and delivery timelines are estimates only.

Shipping (Domestic & International)

We ship via UPS Ground, DHL, and other professional carriers, selected at our discretion based on destination, artwork size, and handling requirements.

  • Estimated production & shipping timeline: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation

  • Shipping fees: $150–$475 (calculated at checkout)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

International Orders (Non-EU-Friendly)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local assessments

  • Delivery delays caused by customs clearance or governmental authorities are outside our control

  • Failure to accept delivery, pay required fees, or clear customs does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund

We do not currently offer EU or UK consumer “cooling-off” rights. By purchasing, international customers expressly waive any mandatory return rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Returns (Strict)

  • Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) business days from confirmed delivery

  • Written return authorization is required prior to shipment

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and proper fine-art packaging

Returned artworks must be received in original, undamaged condition, with no scratches, abrasions, dents, warping, surface marks, or alterations.

Any artwork damaged during return shipment or improperly packaged will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  • All returns are subject to professional inspection by our atelier team

  • Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 weeks of receipt and inspection

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order artworks

  • Limited editions marked “Final Sale”

  • Artworks returned without authorization or outside the return window

  • Artworks damaged after delivery

Shipping Damage Claims

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include photographic documentation of the artwork and original packaging.

Failure to comply with this requirement voids all claims.

Fine Art Disclaimer

All artworks are handcrafted and may contain natural variations in color, texture, surface, or finish. Color representation varies by monitor calibration and lighting conditions.

Such variations are inherent to fine art and do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

Stripe Payments & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this policy.

  • Customers must request return authorization before initiating any payment dispute

  • Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these terms

  • We reserve the right to submit order records, delivery confirmation, inspection reports, atelier documentation, and this policy to Stripe and card issuers in response to disputes

Refund processing timelines reflect professional fine-art inspection standards and are not grounds for chargeback.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
